Bananas B-vitamins, like folate and vitamin B6,  are key to the production of serotonin, which can help improve your mood and reduce anxiety.

3. Mow the Lawn

4. Listen to Music

Any music you enjoy can make you feel better, but classical music, in particular, has been shown to slow heart rate, lower blood pressure, and even decrease levels of stress hormones.

5. Get a pet

It’s been proven by studies that people with companion animals have lower blood pressure and are more chilled out when comforted by a furry friend.

6. Find Something to make you laugh.

Watch a funny video, exchange jokes, or read a funny book. Whatever it is, find something and do something that will make you laugh.  Laughing helps you relax by increasing the endorphins released by your brain.
